This is NOT my photograph. It's purchased stock along with my own sky stocks and digital paint added. I call it Doheny Dreamin' because I live near Doheny Beach and made this for a local surf shop -- not that the picture was taken there.
I have had the owner of this picture come after me because I'm using it with my haiku.
I BOUGHT the license to use and in the license it says I may MAKE DERIVATIVE WORKS from it. CLEARLY.
I bought the image a little under 2 years ago....and it is still for sale there at the link below:
